Natalie is breath of fresh air when searching for a house to rent. She is totally committed to making the renting experience as easy and streamlined as possible, solving in hours what would normally take days, and showing great ownership of any issue that might happen before and after signing the contract. She shows great respect for renters, unlike too many other agents that seem to drop from an ebony tower the concession of living in a house. Communication during the whole period was timely and flawless, proactively reaching out to check if things were going well. We had no issues during our stay so far, but I am fully confident that should anything happen, I can rely on Natalie. For sure, she is the first person I would call if I wanted to move!
