When we first started looking for a rental in Vancouver while still living in Peru, we had no idea how hard it would be.  Thank goodness for Natalie and Locate!  Natalie was efficient, full of advice, a great listener, and perhaps most importantly, infinitely patient with us.  Thank you Natalie for persevering until we found our perfect home!
